GEORGIAN COURT ALUMNI IN FLORIDA recently spent time with Sister Rosemary and other members of the university’s staff.  GCU’s Florida-West Coast event was hosted by Amy Habib ’60 at the beautiful Island Country Club in Marco Island and a Florida-East Coast event held in West Palm Beach at Café Sapori. Georgian Court Hosts Neuroscience Conference, April 10

Georgian Court Gets High Mark for Financial Responsiblity

WHEN IT COMES TO passing the U.S. Department of Education’s financial responsibility test, Georgian Court University gets top marks. Each year, the federal agency scores degree-granting, private colleges on a scale of minus 1 to 3. Rose Marie Bellocchio, a native of Italy, came to Georgian Court College at the urging of a high school English teacher, who pushed her to attend college and even took her to visit different schools. President Rosemary Jeffries is no miracle worker, but don’t tell that to the faithful of Georgian Court University. For 14 years, the Sister of Mercy has been a driving force at GCU, leading the school through the historic shift from a traditional women’s liberal arts college to a fully coeducational university.
